Live Life Well is a free service for people who live or work in Sunderland who would like support to change their lifestyle. We provide both advice and support to connect you to a range of opportunities across the city. We can:

  • Support you to make positive lifestyle changes
  • Help locate the best services to meet your needs and support you every step of the way
  • Provide local one to one support via our team of Live Life Well Co-ordinators www.livelifewell.org.uk

SafeCall are a telephone based service, providing confidential emotional support and advocacy to young people who have been affected by missing and County Lines. 

You can also keep yourself safe by following this advice:

Do not talk to strangers.

Walk to and from school in groups.

Never accept a ride from strangers.

Do not take gifts from people you do not know.

Tell someone you trust if someone is making you feel uncomfortable.

Report all suspicious behaviour and "new adult friends" to Parents/ Carers.

Never leave home without telling your parents/carers where you are going.

Shout loudly if someone is asking you to do something you are not happy about.

Never take shortcuts. Always stick to routes selected by parents, and stay on main roads.

If you go out with your friends make sure you stay together even if you fall out.
