The Sunderland Safeguarding Children Partnership (SSCP) is inviting practitioners, managers and leaders across all agencies to complete the 2026 Skills Analysis.

The Skills Analysis helps us understand workforce strengths, priorities and learning needs so that future training, resources and development opportunities reflect what practitioners need most.

Your feedback will directly inform the planning of our multi-agency learning offer and support our partnership who are driven by learning and reflection.

Every response helps us build a clearer picture of learning needs across Sunderland and strengthens our ability to provide learning opportunities that make a difference to practice and outcomes for children, young people and families.
