Multi-agency Shadowing

SSCP Shadowing aims to foster cross-agency understanding, collaboration, and professional development by enabling staff to observe and learn from colleagues in different services or roles. Recognising that agencies have distinct priorities, cultures, and operational pressures, shadowing opportunities are specifically designed to align with SSCP’s shared safeguarding priorities as set out in SSCP Business Plan 25-29.
