Taking the lead on safeguarding in your organisation

Ronnie Lynn, Together for Children's School Improvement Officer for Safeguarding, supports Sunderland's Headteachers and Designated Safeguarding Leads in their roles.

During this session he will explore how to create an effective culture of safeguarding within your organisation. We will explore attitudes, motivations and barriers to an effective safeguarding culture.
