Mike Ward authored the Sunderland SAB's Safeguarding Adults Review (SAR) concerning 'Alan', published in 2021. Themes of this session will focus on the learning from the Alan SAR, which includes the topics of mental capacity, executive functioning, substance misuse, smoking and fire risks, and professional curiosity.
